Insurance confirmation

We take our insurance obligations extremely seriously. Our products are designed, manufactured and installed to the best of our ability, but to provide peace of mind to you and your customers we maintain substantial levels of insurance:

Employers liability - we maintain £10m of cover to protect against injury to our employees whilst they are working for us either in our factory on on your site.

Public liability - we maintain £15m of cover - which is significantly above the indemnity limit of most of our peer group. This covers injury or property damage to a client, contractor or another member of the public while we are installing your equipment.

Products liabiltiy - we maintain £15m of cover - again this is significantly above the indemnity limit of most of our peer group. This protects against claims of personal injury or property damage caused by products sold or supplied by ourselves

Professional indemnity - we maintain £2m of cover. This cover is in place to provide cover as a result of any advice we provide when maintaining or servicing sports equipment unless the product liability cover applies

Contractors All Risks - we maintain £350,000 of cover. This cover is in place to provide coverage for property damage and third-party injury or damage claims, the two primary types of risks on construction projects.
