This trolley trainer ring training device is available in two types:
The device features a pvc covered padded trolley on nylon runners with a pair of handrings on cables. The weight of the gymnast moving along the board provides the resistance for training and strengthening.
The freestanding version has a height adjustable back leg to alter the resistance created by the gymnast's weight.
The wall mounted version has the adjustable leg replaced with a pair of rubber covered hooks for use with wall bars.
