Continental's best-selling multi-purpose exercise mat, the ref 302 mat is an all-purpose excerise mat manufactured from a chipfoam core with a blue vinyl surface and a latex anti-slip underside.

The mat is the same construction as our ref 300 deluxe chipfoam mat but the core utilises a denser chipfoam to allow for martial arts landings as well as exercise.
