Urethane Olympic Bumper Plates feature extremely high abrasion resistance, which means the plates will acquire far less scratches, scrapes, knocks, dents or marks than their rubber counterparts.
Urethane material will not mark or stain any other equipment, ensuring your facility is not marked as rubber plates can do.
Harder than rubber, these plates are far less prone to bending, denting or warping.
The 450mm diameter of each plate means that the impact is spread throughout many plates. This allows for Olympic style lifting (overhead and dropping). The urethane material takes colour much better than rubber and will continue to brighten up your gym long after the rubber equivalents have faded.
